Nora Thompson is a junior studying public service public policy with a concentration in criminal justice. She is running for Student Body President for the 2020-2021 school year. She transferred from Pima Community College in the spring of 2019. She joined USG as the Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions Senator in May 2019 and remains in the position today. Concurrently, she works as a First Year Success Coach and sits on the Watts College Council. She plans to get her Master’s in public administration upon graduation.

monica medina
candidate for vice president of services
Monica Medina is a junior studying health science with a concentration in health law and regulation and a minor in history. She is running for Vice President of Services for the 2020-2021 school year. She joined USG in August of 2019 as a College of Health Solutions Senator and remains in the position. She currently works as a Devil’s Advocate and is working to create her own college council inside The College of Health Solutions. After graduating she plans to get a degree in law, focusing on healthcare.

candidate for vice president of policy
Renuka Vemuri is a sophomore studying medical studies. She is running for Vice President of Policy for the 2020-2021 school year. She joined USG in December 2019 as a Barrett, the Honors College Senator and is currently Senate President. She also works as a research aide for the ASU School Lunch Study. She is involved on campus as a Human Event Teaching Assistant, and as a volunteer for organizations like Global Launch and Banner University Medical Center. Upon graduation she plans to get her medical degree and work as a family practice physician or neurologist.
